Easy Healthy & Tasty 2 minute Salad Recipe – Bhindi Salad Recipe/ Okra Salad

Today I am going to share with you a very easy healthy and tasty 2 minute salad recipe – Bhindi Salad. I am sure you never try this recipe before.

Ingredients

250g lady finger pieces

1/2 litre water

1/4 tsp salt

1 large chopped onion

1/2 tsp garlic paste

4 chopped green chillies
2 tbsp white oil

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar


1/4 tsp black pepper powder

Steps

1. Boil 1/2 litre water with 1/4 tsp salt 
2. Blunch 250g lady finger pieces for 1 minute 
3. Cover on higher flame 
4. Add chopped onion, garlic paste, chopped green chillies, white oil (first heat and then cool down at room temperature) 
5. Then add lemon juice, salt, sugar, black pepper powder. 
6. Mix all well. 
7. Ready to eat.
